COVID-19 Updates | Lobby Reopenings


All Education First branch lobbies are currently open

Because COVID-19 is still present in our community, we ask that you take a moment to review the following information so that you can assist us in protecting the health and safety of our community.


Our staff is excited to welcome you back into our lobbies and to serve you.  Lobby Hours are Monday - Friday from 9 A.M. to 5 P.M.

Upon arrival, you will be greeted by an Education First team member who will sign you in, and obtain the details of your visit.  Please note, if our lobby is at maximum capacity, you may be asked to wait in your vehicle until we can safely assist you.  



As we  make every effort to keep you, our members safe, we request your cooperation with the following safety protocols that have been put into place:

  • Masks are required of all members and employees inside of our lobbies at all times.  If you prefer not to wear a mask, we are glad serve you at one of four full-service drive-thru locations. 

  • We kindly ask that you do not have other family members or children accompany you when visiting our lobbies.  If children are present, we will be happy to assist you at one of our full-service drive-thru locations.

Additional safeguards include regular disinfection of common areas throughout the day, as well as disinfectiion of offices between member visits.  Hand sanitizer is available, and we encourage members to utilize it as an extra measure of protection against the spread of germs.  Additionally, we will not offer any refreshments in the lobby at this time.

Please note that all branch services are available at the drive-thru, including account opening, card replacement, cashiers checks, etc.  Additionally, we offer a full suite of online services, including loan applications, online banking, remote check deposit via mobile device and bill payment services.
