In light of the increased cases of COVID-19 in our community, Education First FCU has made the decision to temporarily close the lobbies of the Lamar, Laurel, Jasper and Rosedale branches, as well as the Administration Building. This decision was made in the interest of protecting the health of our members, employees, and the safety of our community.
Please note that all branch services are available at the drive-thru, including account opening, card replacement, cashiers checks, etc. Additionally, we offer a full suite of online services, including loan applications, online banking, remote check deposit via mobile device and bill payment services. We understand that that in addition to the many changes we have all had to make to our daily lifestyle and activities, COVID-19 has also impacted many of our members financially. Below you will find links that will provide you with additional information about loan deferments due to economic hardship.
- If you need assistance with a deferment for a secured loan (auto, boat, RV, motorcycle, etc.) or unsecured (personal) loan, please contact our Lending Department at 409.896.8585 to speak with a representative.
- If you need assistance with a deferment for a mortgage, home equity or land loan, please email us at HomeLoans@EducationFirstFCU.org, or, give us a call at 409.898.3770.
- If you need assistance with a deferment for a Business Loan, please contact a member of our Business Services team at 409.896.8769.
