Samantha Romero, Contact Center Manager
Samantha joined Education First in 2020 as a Member Service Representative II and transitioned to the credit union's Training Department in 2021. In 2022, she was promoted to the role of Contact Center Manager. Samantha shared that what she loves most about working for Education First FCU is the opportunity to interact with members and the joy she feels when hearing their success stories months after their initial conversation.
Samantha's passion lies in being a strong advocate for our members, assuring them that she always has their best interests at heart. She thrives on fixing problems and helping members grow. In Samantha's free time, you will find her spending time with her husband and three girls at the lake or volunteering at the many credit union events.
