Kellie Leal joined Education First as Lumberton Branch Manager in 2023, with over 14 years of finance experience. She began her career in 2010 as a teller. Her experience ranges from accounts and loans to commercial lending and management.

Her passion is helping others reach their goals whether she is helping a member with their long-term dreams or speaking with employees about their career goals, each conversation is an opportunity to help others reach those milestones. Her favorite thing about working at Education First is the numerous opportunities to give back and serve the community.

Kellie has been a resident of Hardin County for over 30 years and is a current board member of the Lumberton Chamber of Commerce. In her free time, you can find her cheering on her kids at the football field and race track or volunteering at her local church.
