Who May Join?

As much as we'd love to welcome everyone, we have to put some parameters on membership. You're eligible to join Education First Federal Credit Union if you meet one of these criteria:

  • You live, work, worship, or attend school in the following counties: Hardin, Jasper, Jefferson, Newton, Orange, and Tyler.
  • You are a current or retired employee of the East Chambers or High Island Independent School Districts.
  • You are a family member of an Education First member (e.g., spouse, children, parents, sibling).
